TTBet Terms & Conditions

These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as "the Agreement", "these Terms", or "T&C") constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the "User", "Player", or "Account Holder") and TTBet (hereinafter referred to as "TTBet", "we", "us", or "our"), the operator of the online betting and live casino platform accessible atttbet.cam (the "Platform" or "Website").

By accessing the Platform, registering an account, depositing funds, or placing any bet or wager, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in their entirety, that you understand them, and that you agree to be bound by them. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must immediately cease use of the Platform.

TTBet reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform following notification of any amendments constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. Users are encouraged to review these Terms periodically.

For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions shall apply:

• "Platform" means the TTBet website at ttbet.cam and any associated applications, services, or interfaces made available to Users.
• "Account" means the personal user account created by a User upon successful registration with TTBet.
• "Balance" means the aggregate funds held within a User's Account, comprising deposits and winings, net of withdrawals and wagers.
• "Bet" / "Wager" means any stake placed by a User on an outcome offered through the Platform, including sports betting, casino games, and live dealer events.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free bets, or matched deposit amounts awarded to a User pursuant to a TTBet promotion, which are subject to separate wagering requirements.
• "KYC" (Know Your Customer) means the identity verification process required by TTBet to confirm User identity, age, and eligibility prior to processing withdrawals or at TTBet's discretion at any time.
• "MYR" means Malaysian Ringgit, the lawful currency of Malaysia and the primary transaction currency of the Platform.
• "Prohibited User" means any individual who does not meet the eligibility requirements set out in Clause 3 of these Terms.

To register and maintain an Account with TTBet, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on an ongoing basis:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. TTBet strictly prohibits gambling by minors and individuals below the minimum age threshold.
• You must be a natural person (not a corporation, partnership, or other legal entity) accessing the Platform for personal, non-commercial use.
• You must not be a resident of any jurisdiction in which online gambling is expressly prohibited by applicable law.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, or agent of TTBet, nor a close relative of any such person.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to you.
• You must not be subject to any self-exclusion agreement, either with TTBet or any affiliated responsible gambling programme.

TTBet reserves the right to request documentary evidence of eligibility at any time, including government-issued identity documents, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable period may result in Account suspension or closure.

To access the full features of the Platform, eligible Users must complete the registration process and create an Account. During registration, Users are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information, including but not limited to full legal name, date of birth, email address, and preferred contact details.

Each User is permitted to hold only one Account. The creation of duplicate or multiple accounts by a single individual is strictly prohibited and may result in the immediate suspension of all associated accounts, forfeiture of any balances therein, and prohibition from future use of the Platform.

Users must notify TTBet promptly of any changes to their registration details. TTBet shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from a User's failure to maintain accurate account information.

TTBet reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to decline any application for registration or to close any Account at any time, with or without providing reasons, subject to the settlement of any outstanding legitimate balances.

Users are solely and entirely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their Account credentials, including their username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes associated with their Account. You must not share your credentials with any third party under any circumstances.

TTBet recommends that Users:

• Create a strong, unique password for their TTBet Account that is not used for any other service;
• Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) where available;
• Log out of their Account after each session, particularly on shared or public devices;
• Notify TTBet's customer support immediately upon suspicion of unauthorised account access.

TTBet shall not be liable for any losses arising from a User's failure to secure their credentials or any unauthorised access to an Account resulting from User negligence. All bets and transactions placed through an Account shall be deemed to have been authorised by the registered Account Holder.

TTBet accepts deposits exclusively via the payment methods listed on the Platform at the time of deposit. Accepted methods for Malaysian users include, but are not limited to: Touch'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX, Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, RHB Bank, Hong Leong Bank, Visa/Mastercard debit and credit cards, and selected cryptocurrencies (BTC, ETH, USDT).

The following conditions apply to all deposits:

• All deposits must be made using a payment method registered in the Account Holder's own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.
• Minimum and maximum deposit limits are specified on the Platform and may vary by payment method.
• All deposits are denominated and processed in MYR unless the User selects a cryptocurrency option, in which case the applicable conversion rate at the time of processing will apply.
• TTBet does not charge fees for standard deposits, though your financial institution or payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.
• Deposits that cannot be verified as originating from an Account Holder's own payment method may be reversed and the Account suspended pending investigation.

Users may request withdrawals of their Available Balance (defined as real-money balance excluding Bonus Funds that have not yet met applicable wagering requirements) at any time, subject to the following conditions:

• All withdrawals must be made to a payment method in the Account Holder's own name. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are not permitted.
• TTBet may require completion of KYC verification before processing any withdrawal. Users are advised to complete identity verification proactively to avoid delays.
• Minimum withdrawal amounts and processing timeframes are as displayed on the Platform. TTBet targets e-wallet withdrawals within 5 minutes and bank transfer withdrawals within 15–60 minutes, subject to payment partner processing times.
• TTBet reserves the right to request additional verification documentation for withdrawals above certain thresholds.
• Withdrawals of Bonus Funds prior to satisfaction of applicable wagering requirements are not permitted.
• In cases of suspected fraud, money laundering, or Terms breach, TTBet reserves the right to delay, withold, or decline a withdrawal pending investigation.

TTBet offers various bonuses and promotions to eligible Users from time to time. The acceptance of any bonus or promotional offer is subject to the specific Terms and Conditions accompanying that offer, which are incorporated into this Agreement by reference. General bonus conditions include:

• Wagering Requirements: All Bonus Funds are subject to wagering requirements as specified in the relevant promotion. Bonus Funds and winings derived therefrom cannot be withdrawn until the stated wagering requirements have been met in full.
• Eligibility: Bonuses are available to eligible registered users only. TTBet reserves the right to determine eligibility in its sole discretion.
• One Bonus at a Time: Users may not hold or claim multiple bonuses simultaneously unless the relevant promotion expressly permits this.
• Abuse Prevention: TTBet takes active measures to detect and prevent bonus abuse. Any User found to be exploiting promotions — including through the use of duplicate accounts, hedged bets, or systematic strategies designed to extract value without genuine wagering risk — may have their bonus revoked and Account closed.
• Expiry: All bonuses expire within the period stated in the relevant promotion terms. Expired bonuses and associated winnings will be removed from the Account Balance.
• Modification or Withdrawal: TTBet reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice, subject to the protection of any bonuses already accepted in good faith.

All bets placed on the TTBet Platform are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant sport, event, or game type, as published on the Platform. Users should familiarise themselves with the applicable rules before placing any wager. General betting conditions include:

• Bets are accepted only when there are sufficient cleared funds in the User's Account at the time the bet is placed.
• Once a bet has been confirmed and accepted by the Platform, it cannot be cancelled or amended by the User.
• TTBet reserves the right to void any bet placed in error, including bets accepted at clearly eroneous odds due to system error or data feed fault.
• In the event of a dispute regarding the outcome of any event, TTBet's decision, based on official result verification, shall be final and binding.
• Live betting markets are subject to delay and suspension. TTBet accepts no liability for bets placed based on outdated information displayed during a live market delay.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all markets and are displayed within the relevant market or in the Platform's betting rules section.

For casino games, including live dealer titles, the RNG (Random Number Generator) and game mechanics governing outcomes are certified by independent third-party auditors. Game-specific rules are accessible within each game interface.

Users of the TTBet Platform are strictly prohibited from engaging in any of the following activities:

• Using the Platform for any unlawful purpose or in any manner that violates applicable local, national, or international law;
• Engaging in any form of fraud, money laundering, or any activity intended to deceive TTBet or other users;
• Registering multiple accounts or allowing third parties to use an Account registered in the User's name;
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other non-human method to place bets or interact with the Platform;
• Engaging in matched betting, arbitrage strategies, or any systematic method designed to guarantee returns across multiple markets or platforms in a manner that exploits promotional offers;
• Attempting to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Platform, its infrastructure, or another User's Account;
• Sharing insider information regarding sporting events to gain an unfair advantage;
• Coluding with other players in casino or poker-style games to gain an unfair advantage.

TTBet reserves the right to immediately suspend or close any Account found to be in breach of this clause, withold any associated balances pending investigation, and report relevant conduct to the appropriate authorities where legally required.

TTBet is committed to promoting responsible gambling. We believe that gambling should be a form of entertainment and that it should never negatively impact a User's financial wellbeing, mental health, or personal relationships.

TTBet provides the following responsible gambling tools, accessible directly from the Account settings:

• Deposit Limits: Users may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps on their Account.
• Session Time Reminders: Users may configure alerts to be notified when they have been active on the Platform for a specified period.
• Reality Checks: On-screen prompts displaying session duration and net profit/loss at User-defined intervals.
• Self-Exclusion: Users may voluntarily exclude themselves from the Platform for periods of 24 hours, 7 days, 30 days, 6 months, or permanently. Self-exclusion requests are processed promptly and cannot be reversed during the elected exclusion period.
• Account Closure: Users may request permanent Account closure at any time by contacting TTBet customer support.

Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. This licence does not include the right to reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content from the Platform without express prior written consent of TTBet.

Any unauthorised use of TTBet's intellectual property may constitute a violation of applicable trademark, copyright, and other laws and may result in civil or criminal liability.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, TTBet, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of, or inability to use, the Platform — including but not limited to loss of winings, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or interruption of service.

TTBet does not warrant that:

• The Platform will be available at all times or free from interruption, errors, or security vulnerabilities;
• Any information provided on the Platform is accurate, complete, or current;
• The Platform will meet any particular User's requirements or expectations.

TTBet's total aggregate liability to any User in connection with these Terms, for any cause of action whatsoever, shall not exceed the total deposits made by that User in the ninety (90) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

TTBet reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, TTBet will endeavour to provide reasonable notice to registered Users via email or a prominent notice on the Platform prior to the changes taking effect.

Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request Account closure in accordance with Clause 11.

The date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision of these Terms. Users are responsible for reviewing these Terms periodically to stay informed of any changes.

These Terms and Conditions, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them, their subject matter, or their formation (including non-contractual disputes or claims), shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law.

In the event of a dispute, TTBet encourages Users to first raise the matter with our customer support team, who will endeavour to resolve the issue promptly and fairly. If a resolution cannot be reached through direct communication, the parties agree to explore alternative dispute resolution mechanisms before resorting to formal legal proceedings.

TTBet's decision on all matters relating to game outcomes, technical errors, and interpretation of these Terms shall be final, provided that such decisions are made reasonably and in good faith.
